Guest Users
Guest users can view and comment on your generated videos without needing a full editor seat. This is ideal for sharing with clients, stakeholders, or cross-team reviewers who need to give feedback but don’t create content themselves.
How guest access works
Section titled “How guest access works”- Generate a video from your project
- Click the Invite button on the video preview page
- Enter the guest’s email address
- The guest receives an email with a link to view and comment on the video
Guests can:
- Watch the generated video
- Leave comments with timestamps
- Reply to existing comment threads
- @mention other participants
Guests cannot:
- Edit the video or script
- Access the editor
- Generate new video versions
- Access other projects in the workspace

Managing guests
Section titled “Managing guests”Workspace admins can view and manage guest users in the workspace settings. Remove a guest’s access at any time by revoking their invitation.
When to use guest access
Section titled “When to use guest access”- Client review — share a draft video for client approval before finalizing
- Stakeholder feedback — let managers or executives review training content
- Cross-team collaboration — get input from subject matter experts who don’t use Tutorial AI daily
- External partners — share product demos with agencies or partners for feedback
