AI Sales Development Representative

What you'll do

• Run inbound qualification: research accounts in seconds using AI, route the right ones to AEs, and book meetings with high intent prospects.
• Build outbound sequences using LLMs (Claude, GPT) for personalization at scale — every touch should feel hand-crafted, not blasted.
• Use AI research tools (Clay, Apollo, Perplexity, ChatGPT search) to map accounts, find triggers, and surface relevance signals.
• Run rapid experiments on messaging, channels, and triggers — measure conversion rates and double down on what works.
• Provide structured feedback to product and marketing on what prospects actually care about.

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of SDR or BDR experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools — you use Claude or ChatGPT daily and have opinions on prompts that work.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline quota.
• Excellent written communication — your cold emails read like they were written by a human who actually researched the prospect.
• Self-directed and comfortable with async work across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar prospecting platforms.
• Background selling to product, support, or L&D buyers.
• Familiarity with SQL or basic data analysis to find your own prospect lists.
• Worked at an early-stage startup where you built process from scratch.
