Head of Growth
We're looking for a Head of Growth to own the full acquisition stack — SEO, paid, lifecycle, and product-led experiments. You'll build the channels that turn inbound demand into qualified pipeline, using AI tooling to run 10x more tests than a traditional growth team.
What you'll do
- Own growth strategy across SEO, paid, lifecycle, referral, and PLG experiments. Set the targets and hit them.
- Build and run an experiment flywheel — hypothesis, test, measure, double down or kill. Ship weekly.
- Use AI across the stack — content generation, landing page variants, ad creative, lifecycle emails, analytics — to move faster than teams 3x your size.
- Partner with product on activation, onboarding, and conversion surfaces. Growth ≠ just marketing.
- Build a lightweight attribution and reporting setup so every channel has a clear ROI story.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in growth roles at B2B SaaS companies, with clear examples of channels you built from zero to meaningful scale.
- Full-stack growth skills: comfortable with SEO, paid (Google/LinkedIn), lifecycle, and PLG experiments — not a specialist in just one.
- Fluency with AI tooling — you've replaced meaningful chunks of content, creative, or analysis work with Claude/GPT and can speak to what's worked.
- Strong analytical instincts — you can pull SQL or GA4 data yourself and don't wait on a data team.
- Excellent written communication for async-first work.
Nice to have
- Prior experience as a founding growth hire or first marketer at an early-stage startup.
- Background growing PLG or freemium motions.
- Technical comfort — HTML/CSS edits, basic JS, Webflow/Framer, or similar.
- Experience with developer tools, video/media products, or AI-native products.
How we work
Fully remote, async-first, with thoughtful written communication. You'll work directly with the founders and ship features that show up in production within days. Equity and top-tier hardware.
