Full-Stack Developer (AI Products)

What you'll do

• Design and build AI-powered features across the Tutorial AI stack — script generation, voiceover synthesis, transcription, smart editing.
• Work directly with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), TTS providers (ElevenLabs, etc.), and Whisper-style transcription models.
• Improve our prompt design, evals, and tool-use patterns. Build internal tooling to test and ship prompt changes safely.
• Ship full features end-to-end: backend pipelines, API design, React/TypeScript UI, deployment, and observability.
• Engage directly with users and turn their feedback into shipped improvements within days.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of full-stack experience, including production work with TypeScript and a modern React framework.
• Strong working knowledge of LLM APIs and prompt engineering — you've shipped real features powered by GPT-4, Claude, or similar.
• Comfort with audio/video processing concepts (FFmpeg, codecs, transcription, TTS).
• Pragmatic shipping instincts — you prefer iterating with users over building in isolation.
• Excellent async written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with embeddings, vector search, RAG, or fine-tuning.
• Background in video editing, screen recording, or media tools.
• Familiarity with WebCodecs, MediaRecorder, or browser-based video processing.
• Open-source contributions in the AI/ML or media tooling space.
