AI Account Executive

We're hiring an AE who can credibly demo AI to technical buyers and close mid-market and enterprise deals. You'll own the full cycle — discovery, demo, negotiation, close — using AI to move faster than a traditional rep ever could.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts — from first call to signed contract.
  • Run product demos that land with technical buyers: show real workflows, answer hard questions about model behavior, security, and integrations without a sales engineer in the room.
  • Use AI across your workflow — call summaries, follow-ups, account research, proposal drafting, competitive intel — to out-execute teams 3x your size.
  • Partner with product on enterprise requirements. Your feedback directly shapes what we build next.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for specific ICPs (support leaders, L&D, product enablement) and document what works.

What we're looking for

  • 3-6 years of closing experience at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of hitting or beating quota on deals $25k+ ACV.
  • Genuine fluency with AI tools — you've replaced meaningful chunks of your own workflow with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, and can speak to the tradeoffs.
  • Strong technical demo skills — you can talk credibly about LLMs, prompts, and integrations without hand-waving.
  • Consultative selling style. You uncover real problems instead of pushing features.
  • Excellent written communication for async-first work.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling developer tools, video/media tools, or AI-native products.
  • Background selling to enablement, support, customer education, or L&D teams.
  • Worked at an early-stage startup where you built pipeline from zero.
  • Comfort running your own outbound when inbound is slow — you don't wait for leads.
